Eligibility for returns and refunds
Please accept our apologies if you receive a defective or damaged item. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving an item if you wish to return or exchange it. We will arrange a return or exchange for you if you receive an incorrect item or a wrong product. Returns must be undamaged and free of signs of wear and tear.
All tags, packaging, and invoices must be preserved in order to ensure a successful return.
In the absence of any of these items, the return may not be processed. In the event that an item does not arrive in its original condition or contains missing parts, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours. As soon as possible, we will resolve the issue.
Return process

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Perishable goods, such as flowers and plants, and customized items cannot be returned.
If a digital product, such as an e-book or software, has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.
During the purchase process, you will be clearly informed of any exceptions to each of these categories.
Return shipping
The user should be responsible for shipping costs in the case of a return. As far as return shipping costs are concerned, we will gladly cover them if there is an error on our part.
